Catering Orders Site

Yep, there are a few usage-based fees detailed here:

• Processing fee - 2.9% + 30c per transaction
• App fee - 5% per order (Starter) or 2.5% per order (Standard)
• $0.0275/segment (optional SMS usage)

Processing/app fees are collected automatically and can be viewed in your admin reports. SMS fees (if not prepaid) are billed monthly per your actual usage. SMS is an optional feature that you can pause or cancel at anytime from your admin.

Note - Eat Fresh Tech does not add ANY client-facing fees. However, YOU can create & add custom fees from your admin that apply to all orders. 

Nope, no setup fees AND our signatory White-glove setup is included for free.

We'll do basically everything needed to get your site live ASAP. This includes customize your catering site with your name, logo, and business details, and importing your existing product catalog.

For Standard plans, we will also add the FAQ & About pages and customize the site to match your brand colors. Further customization may be available at an hourly rate. Please inquire before signing up if you believe you have custom requests.

After you sign up, we'll start building & configuring your site within 1-2 business days. Turnaround typically takes about a week, but can vary based on the size of your product catalog and our current workload. We'll keep in touch through the setup process and you won't be left hanging.

Note: if you have requested any custom work (design, copy, features), this will (of course) add to our setup time. Estimated timelines for custom work will be communicated before start.

Of course! Your catering site can be put on a subdomain of your current site or linked to from anywhere.

Not at all. If you don't have a website or domain, your catering site will be accessible from a unique subdomain of one of our hosted domains.

No worries here, all payments through our sites go through bank-level, secure, encrypted, transactions. All major card data is stored securely directly with the payment processor.

Unfortunately, no. Some features do overlap, but this catering-only plan is separate from the meal-prep sites. If you have questions about specific features that you need, please contact us before purchasing.

Perhaps! Note that every site will already be custom configured for your business as part of our white-glove setup. If you have additional needs that would require custom design, dev, or copywriting - that is available at an hourly rate. If you're interested in this, please inquire for our current rates & availability.

Please check with us! It may exist already and just not have been added to this site yet. Or it may be something we're working on that will be released soon. If neither of those are the case, we can sometimes prioritize development of requested features for a small fee.
